• Standard server and security logs, such as IP address, browser and request time
• Page, search and category interactions
• Questions submitted through Ask, limited to 280 characters, plus any category, travel stage, place or date context you choose
• Outbound merchant or booking-route clicks
• Information you choose to send by email

Do not put your name, email, booking number or other private information in an Ask or search field. We do not ask for payment-card details, merchant passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Purchases and bookings are completed on the third party's service.

Data is used to operate and secure the site, understand unanswered demand, improve evidence and route quality, measure attributable commercial outcomes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Hosting, analytics, AI and commerce partners may process limited data under their own terms. Some providers may process information outside your country. Production providers and retention settings will be listed here when activated.

Operational logs and event data are kept only as long as useful for security, measurement, legal compliance or model improvement, then deleted or aggregated. Concierge and search inputs should not contain private information.

You may ask about personal data associated with an email interaction, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Browser controls may limit cookies or similar storage. Essential security processing may still occur.
